We are starting receiving orders from 10:30 AM 03 Dec 2023 (KST).
It has limited quantities and it could be end earlier if it's sold-out.
Dolls will be started shipping by 13 Dec 2023.
*The gift paper coffin will include a cushion and the color of the cushion will be randomly decided.
*It is impossible to receive a refund after when we close the sale of limited edition dolls. Please notice about it before you place your order.
*We do all makeup by hands so all heads cannot be exactly the same. Also, we would like to inform you that we do not customize the makeup by request.

In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. General Notice
- Products of Latidoll are made to order and their production process begins as soon as the order has been placed.
For this reason, final orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Please be aware and mindful of this when placing the final order.
- All products sold by Lati Doll are not intended for play and cannot be used by children under 15 years old.
- Props used for photography are not included in the package.
- The colors of the products may be slightly different from the screen.
- The details of the makeup may vary slightly from one product to another due to the nature of handmade products.
- Recasted or replicated dolls are considered illegal and are not subject to A/S.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are possible only when the request is submitted within 7 days from the arrival for defective or damaged products recognized by the company.
- Exchanges due to simple change of mind or damages caused by careless handling are not possible.
A/S Policy
- Please note that after-sales service may not be possible for products with damaged sculpts.
- When a request for after-sales service is made within 20 days from the arrival of the product, the customer covers the shipping fee to the company. The company will cover the service costs and the shipping fee to the customer.
- When a request for after-sales service is made after 20 days from the arrival of the product, the customer pays for the two-way shipping fees, as well as the service fee incurred.
Important Notes for Exchanges/Returns
- No action will be taken for products sent without exchange, return, or refund requests.
- Exchanges and returns are not possible if the product has been used, damaged, soiled, altered, or if the value of the product has been compromised.
- Please send the product box and any additional accessories intact for smooth processing of returns.
- In the case of products with free gifts, partial returns are not possible, and all components of the package must be sent.
